Ambassador Terms

READ THIS FIRST — NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES

By joining the Little Bible Stories Ambassador Program, you agree that you will not:

Bid on our brand name, trademarks, product names, or close variations in any paid search, shopping, social, or other paid media.

Comment on our ads, posts, livestreams, or official pages with your code or link.

Spam your code or link anywhere — DMs, comments, groups, emails, texts, or otherwise.

Post, submit, or allow your coupon or link on any discount, coupon, deal, cashback, or code-aggregator site or browser extension.

Violation may result in immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and, where appropriate, legal action. The full terms below govern.

1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Ambassador & Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Ambassador,” “you,” or “your”) and Little Bible Stories, including its owners, operators, affiliates, and assigns (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the Little Bible Stories Ambassador Program (the “Program”), or by using a unique referral link, discount code, or promotional asset issued by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our website Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate.

If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. The Program is directed to parents, caregivers, and adult content creators — not to children.

2. Definitions

Brand Marks: the names “Little Bible Stories,” “LBS,” logos, product names (including the Little Bible Stories Speaker and related products), packaging, trade dress, slogans, hashtags, and any confusingly similar variation, misspelling, or abbreviation.

Assets: your unique referral URL, tracking link, discount or coupon code, creatives, talking points, and any other promotional material we provide or approve.

Qualifying Sale: a completed, paid, non-fraudulent purchase of eligible Company products by a new or returning customer that is properly tracked to your Assets, is not later refunded, charged back, or cancelled, and that complies with this Agreement.

Official Channels: the Company’s website, online store, email, SMS, paid advertisements, and official social accounts (including but not limited to @littlebiblestories and any successor or additional accounts).

3. Enrollment and Program Status

Participation is by invitation or application and is always at our sole discretion. Acceptance into the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You are an independent contractor.

We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any application or account at any time, with or without cause, including where we determine that your content, audience, or conduct is inconsistent with a faith-based, family-safe children’s brand.

You must provide accurate identity, payment, and tax information and keep it current. You may not operate multiple Program accounts without our prior written consent. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account, code, or link.

4. How You May Promote

Subject to this Agreement, you may promote Little Bible Stories in an honest, tasteful, and brand-safe manner on channels you own or legitimately control, including your personal social profiles, blog, email list of consented subscribers, YouTube or similar channels, and in genuine one-to-one conversations.

Permitted promotion includes, for example:

Authentic posts, stories, reels, videos, and blog content featuring your genuine experience with the product.

Sharing your unique link or code with friends, family, and followers in a non-spammy way.

Using Brand Marks solely as reasonably necessary to identify the products you are promoting, and only in the form we provide or approve.

Including a clear, conspicuous material-connection disclosure in every promotional communication (see Section 10).

When we provide talking points, claims, or creative, you must not materially alter product claims, pricing, story content, theological positioning, or performance representations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We may treat any practice that is deceptive, brand-damaging, parasitic on our paid media, or inconsistent with a children’s faith brand as a violation.

5.1 Paid Search, Shopping, and Brand Bidding — You May Not Bid on Our Brand

You may not, directly or through any agency, tool, partner, or “helper” account:

Bid on, purchase, or target any keyword, search term, hashtag, or audience that includes our Brand Marks, product names, or any misspelling, plural, abbreviation, or confusingly similar variation (examples: “little bible stories,” “littlebiblestories,” “little bible story speaker,” “LBS speaker”).

Bid on Brand Marks combined with commercial modifiers such as “coupon,” “code,” “discount,” “promo,” “official,” “review,” “sale,” “cheap,” or “deal.”

Use Brand Marks in paid-ad headlines, descriptions, display URLs, sitelinks, shopping titles, or landing-page URLs in a way that suggests you are the Company or an official store.

Run paid social, search, shopping, display, influencer-whitelisting, or retargeting campaigns that intercept customers already searching for us or clicking our ads.

Use our Official Channels, product images, or ad creative as the destination or creative for your own paid ads without prior written approval.

You may run paid ads only if we give prior written approval in each instance, and even then you may bid only on generic, non-brand terms we approve. Approval for one campaign is not approval for another. We may require you to pause or take down any ad immediately.

5.2 No Commenting on Our Ads, Posts, or Official Content with Your Code

You may not comment on, reply to, or otherwise attach your code, link, or a solicitation to:

Any Company paid advertisement (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon, or otherwise), including comments, replies, and “like and comment for code” schemes.

Any organic post, Reel, Story sticker reply, livestream, community post, pin, or video on Official Channels.

Any customer review, UGC post, or influencer collaboration that we published or officially amplified.

Any third-party ad or post in a manner that piggybacks on our spend or official presence.

Do not instruct friends, family, assistants, or other ambassadors to post your code on our ads or pages. Doing so is treated as your violation.

5.3 No Spamming Your Code or Link

You may not engage in unsolicited, repetitive, misleading, or high-volume distribution of your Assets. Prohibited spam includes, without limitation:

Mass or unsolicited direct messages, comments, or tags on social platforms.

Commenting your code under unrelated posts, competitor posts, parenting posts, or other creators’ content.

Unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or similar outreach, including purchased, scraped, rented, or shared lists.

Posting in Facebook groups, Reddit threads, forums, Slack/Discord communities, or church/parent groups in a way that violates that community’s rules or that is primarily a code dump rather than a genuine contribution.

Repeated posting of the same offer across platforms in a short window in a manner a reasonable person would consider spam.

Using bots, automation, engagement pods, fake accounts, or purchased followers or comments to distribute Assets or inflate results.

Personal, relevant, one-to-one sharing with people who know you, and content posted to your own audience, is permitted. When in doubt, ask us before you send.

5.4 No Coupon, Deal, Discount, or Cashback Sites

You may not publish, submit, syndicate, or allow your discount code, coupon, tracking link, or offer to appear on any coupon, deal, discount, promo-code, cashback, loyalty, browser-extension, or aggregator property. This includes, without limitation:

Coupon and deal sites and apps (for example, RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten/Ebates deal pages, Slickdeals, Coupons.com, Honey, Capital One Shopping, Wikibuy successors, Browser extensions that auto-apply or list codes, and similar).

Promo-code blogs, “codes” landing pages, deal newsletters, and browser plug-ins.

Public coupon-dump Facebook groups, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or Subreddits whose primary purpose is circulating discount codes.

Asking followers or third parties to submit your code to any of the above.

If you discover your code on a prohibited site, you must notify us immediately and cooperate in having it removed. Failure to report, or any evidence you placed or encouraged the listing, is a material breach. We may retire a leaked code and issue a replacement, or not, at our option. Commissions generated through coupon-site or extension traffic are subject to reversal.

5.5 Additional Prohibited Practices

Impersonation. Do not present yourself as Little Bible Stories, an employee, an official store, or “customer support.” Do not use Brand Marks in your social handle, display name, profile photo, cover image, channel name, email address, or domain in a way that could confuse a reasonable consumer (for example, @littlebiblestoriesdeals, little-bible-stories-shop.com, or “Little Bible Stories Official”).

Domains and handles. Do not register or use any domain name, subdomain, social handle, marketplace store name, or app name containing Brand Marks or confusing variations.

Cookie stuffing and tracking manipulation. No cookie stuffing, cookie dropping, forced clicks, hidden iframes, automatic redirects, pop-unders, spyware, adware, or any method that sets your tracking cookie without a clear, intentional customer action.

Self-dealing. You may not use your own code or link on your own orders, or on orders placed by members of your household, or by any business you control, for the purpose of earning commission. Personal-use discounts, if offered, will be stated separately and do not generate commission.

Incentivized and low-quality traffic. No pay-to-click, pay-to-read, survey, loot, points, sweepstakes-for-click, or other incentivized traffic without prior written approval. No traffic from incentivized coupon extensions.

Misleading claims. Do not invent testimonials, fabricate results, use fake urgency, misstate price or “official” status, or claim the product replaces church, pastoral care, counseling, medical care, or educational curriculum unless we have approved a specific claim in writing.

Theological or content distortion. Do not alter, parody, or re-narrate our Bible stories in a way that contradicts Scripture as we present it, or that is irreverent, mocking, or syncretistic. Do not pair the brand with content that is sexually explicit, profane, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for a young-child faith product.

Brand-unsafe adjacency. Do not promote Little Bible Stories alongside adult content, gambling, alcohol or cannabis marketing directed to parents in a sensational way, political campaigning, conspiracy content, or attacks on churches, denominations, or other faiths.

Reviews and ratings. Do not post fake reviews, gate reviews, offer consideration for a five-star review, or review the product on retail or app storefronts in exchange for commission without disclosing the relationship as required by law and platform rules.

Competitive sabotage. Do not disparage competitors in a false or unsubstantiated way, and do not bid on competitor trademarks in combination with our Brand Marks.

Sub-affiliates. Do not recruit, subcontract, or run a sub-affiliate, “team,” or downline network using our Assets without prior written approval.

Unauthorized price and offer representations. Do not advertise a price, bundle, free-shipping threshold, or bonus we are not currently offering. Do not stack your code with other codes unless we expressly allow it.

Children’s privacy. Do not direct promotional messages to children under 13, collect personal information from children, or use child influencers in a manner that violates COPPA, FTC endorsement guides, or platform child-safety rules. Promote to parents and caregivers.

Platform-rule violations. You must comply with Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon Associates (if applicable), email CAN-SPAM / CASL, TCPA, and all other platform and advertising rules. A platform ban resulting from your tactics is grounds for termination.

6. Brand Use and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Brand Marks and approved Assets solely to perform under this Agreement. We own all right, title, and interest in the Brand Marks, product designs, recordings, stories, songs, prayers, packaging, website, and goodwill. Nothing in this Agreement assigns any of that to you.

You must not alter logos, recolor marks, place marks on merchandise, or register any trademark, copyright, or confusing handle. Upon termination or our request, you will promptly stop using Brand Marks and delete unused Assets, except that existing organic posts may remain live unless we ask you to take them down (for example, because they are inaccurate or brand-unsafe).

Any content you create featuring our products may be reused by us for marketing, with credit where reasonably practical. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for Company marketing. If a post includes your child’s image, you represent you have authority to grant this license and may request takedown of paid-ad uses.

7. Content and Brand-Safety Standards

Little Bible Stories is a non-denominational Christian brand creating biblically grounded audio stories, prayers, and songs for children. Your public content associated with the brand should be consistent with that mission: respectful of Scripture, suitable for family audiences, and honest.

You agree that we may require pre-approval of certain claims, landing pages, or campaigns. We may require you to edit or remove content that, in our reasonable judgment, misrepresents the product, the Bible stories, pricing, or the relationship between you and the Company.

8. Discount Codes and Links

Your code and link are personal to you. You may not sell, raffle, or publicly auction them. You may not change the code string or create “lookalike” codes. Commission is payable only on Qualifying Sales correctly attributed through our then-current tracking system.

We may change commission rates, cookie windows, code discount amounts, eligible products, and payout schedules prospectively at any time. We may deactivate a code that has leaked onto a coupon site or been abused, without liability for lost future commissions.

Unless we state otherwise in your onboarding or dashboard:

Commission is earned only after any return window has closed and payment is not charged back.

Self-purchases and household purchases are ineligible.

Orders that use a different ambassador’s code, a sitewide public promo, or that originate from coupon-extension injection are ineligible or subject to reversal.

We may withhold or claw back commissions for fraud, violation of this Agreement, or returns for [90] days after the sale or after discovery of the issue, whichever is later.

9. Commissions, Tracking, and Taxes

Current commission rates, minimum payouts, and payment method will be stated in your Program dashboard or welcome materials and may be updated by us. Tracking failures caused by ad blockers, customer device settings, or your failure to use the issued Assets are not our responsibility.

You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions. If required, you will provide a completed W-9 or equivalent. We may issue a 1099 or other form as required by law. We may offset amounts you owe us (including clawbacks) against future payments.

If we reasonably suspect fraud — including but not limited to fake orders, stolen cards, cookie stuffing, coupon-site leakage, or coordinated self-dealing — we may freeze payouts pending investigation and permanently void the related commissions.

10. Advertising Disclosure (FTC and Equivalent Laws)

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Little Bible Stories in every post, video, story, email, pin, livestream, and other endorsement. Disclosures must be in plain language, in the same language as the endorsement, and hard to miss (for example, “#ad,” “Paid partnership with Little Bible Stories,” or “I earn a commission if you shop with my code”). Hiding a disclosure behind “more,” a sea of hashtags, or a link-in-bio only is not sufficient.

You are responsible for complying with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, state mini-FTC statutes, platform branded-content tools, and any non-U.S. equivalent rules that apply to your audience. We may require you to use a platform’s official paid-partnership tag.

11. Confidentiality

Commission rates, conversion data, unpublished product plans, customer information, and non-public Program terms are confidential. You will not disclose them except as required by law or to your professional advisors under confidentiality. Customer personal data you receive (if any) may be used only to perform under this Agreement and in compliance with applicable privacy law.

12. Term, Suspension, and Termination

This Agreement begins when you are accepted or first use an Asset and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by notice (email suffices).

We may immediately suspend or terminate your account, deactivate Assets, and forfeit unpaid commissions if you:

       Violate Sections 5, 6, 8, or 10;

       Damage the brand, mislead customers, or generate a material number of returns, chargebacks, or complaints;

Become inactive for an extended period; or

Engage in conduct we reasonably determine is inconsistent with a children’s Christian brand.

Upon termination you will stop promoting, stop using Brand Marks, and cease representing any ongoing relationship. Commissions on Qualifying Sales tracked before termination and not subject to clawback will be paid on the ordinary cycle, unless termination was for cause, in which event unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, confidentiality, clawback, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Representations and Indemnification

You represent that your content is original or properly licensed, that your audience data is not inflated by bots, and that your participation does not violate any other contract.

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, contractors, and voice talent from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your content, your promotion, your breach of this Agreement, your violation of law or platform rules, or your misuse of Brand Marks or customer data.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PROGRAM AND ALL ASSETS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DO NOT GUARANTEE any level of traffic, sales, or income. Tracking, the store, and third-party platforms may be interrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST COMMISSIONS OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE COMMISSIONS ACTUALLY PAID TO YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind the Company, issue refunds, make theological or product-warranty statements beyond approved claims, or speak as customer support. You are responsible for your own tools, expenses, and taxes. This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship; we may run other ambassador, affiliate, influencer, and paid programs.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update this Agreement at any time. We will post the revised terms or notify you by email or dashboard notice. Continued participation after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop participating and notify us so we can deactivate your Assets.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally shall be the state or federal courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect Brand Marks or confidential information.

Before filing a claim, the complaining party will provide written notice and 30 days to cure or confer in good faith. You may not bring a claim as part of a class or representative action to the extent such waiver is permitted by law.

18. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with any dashboard terms and the specific commission schedule we issue to you, is the entire agreement and supersedes prior discussions about the Program.

Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce a rule once is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement. We may assign it to an affiliate or successor.

Notices. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account. Notices to us must be sent to contact @ littlebiblestories.com

Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”

No legal advice to third parties. This document is the Company’s Program contract. It is not a license for you to give legal advice to others.

19. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By clicking accept, submitting a Program application, or using any Little Bible Stories referral link or discount code, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the strict prohibitions on brand bidding, commenting on our ads or official content with your code, spamming, and distributing coupons on discount sites.
